Campbell County Business Community:

We want to reach out to you in this time of uncertainty and continued change to communicate our support to you, your business and to offer resources available during this time of national crisis. While we do not know how the COVID-19 pandemic will continue to affect our area and the Commonwealth, we do want to equip our local business leaders and community with the information and resources necessary to help navigate the coming days and weeks.

Please take time to review the resource links listed below and respond to the Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity survey link by Friday, March 20th. Responding to this survey is critical to ensure enough data to meet federal requirements and allow for access to disaster loan funds at the federal level.

Coronavirus (COVID-19): Small Business Guidance & Loan Resources<https://www.sba.gov/page/guidance-businesses-employers-plan-respond-coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery>

Health and government officials are working together to maintain the safety, security, and health of the American people. Small businesses are encouraged to do their part to keep their employees, customers, and themselves healthy.

As of now, Virginia is not included in the SBA’s Disaster Assistance Program. But this may change in the coming days as Governor Northam works with the SBA to submit the requisite emergency declaration to make funds available to the Commonwealth.
